Decided to order Nolas tonight instead of going out. Called to place my order and the gentleman on the other end was polite and helpful. The order was repeated to make sure everything was correct. The wait time was reasonable and understandable for a Saturday night. Went in to get my order when I was told it would be ready. Unfortunately, it was not ready on time and I actually understood why, all the tables were full and there was a line just about the door. I was told the order was not ready but will be shortly. So I waited And they kept me informed the whole time. I was watching while the staff was answering phones, helping other and waiting tables they were busy. As they were exceptionally busy they were very polite and even asked if I wanted water or soda while I waited. That was really nice of them. It was busy but each had a smile and laughed with customer and were social. You don’t see that in many places anymore. I may have waited due to they were busy it was ok with me.
