I explained the issue that has plagued my AC for a couple years. The evaporator on the air handler is starting to fail ... It freezes and thaws and overwhelms the drain and causes indoor rain. Edit to update: called and informed Sears that the problem wasn't resolved. They offered to send the same technician without charging me again. Well how thoughtful. The problem also is they wanted me to wait until July 6th. I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment they messed up, and now I have to wait another 2 weeks in hopes they do it right. I'm glad all these other people had positive outcomes, but mine was MOST definitely not positive.

He was friendly and quick. I didn’t like that a form was emailed to me with my signature I supposedly signed. I asked him if he needed me to sign anything and he said no. So I don’t appreciate him...
