My wife and I drove over 4 hours to see a used handgun that Bill's had in stock. There were 2 employees. One employee asked me if I was the guy who made the long drive to see the handgun and I said, I'm him. The other employee took the handgun out of the case and placed it on the counter for me to look at. I checked the lock up and the overall condition of the handgun. The employee watched me carefully, with a very disapproving look on his face, as if I were doing something wrong. I then asked if it was ok to dry fire the handgun. He hesitated and then replied, just once would be fine. Which I did only once. I then asked if I could dry fire the handgun in single action mode. He gave me the same response, while still having that disapproving look on his face. I felt like I was bothering him the entire time I was in the store. He totally made me feel uncomfortable. I still wanted to buy the handgun, so I asked him, what's your best price. He told me that it was the price on the tag plus the tax and then told me that they ,"DO NOT NEGOTIATE". I said, oh, ok, and I placed the handgun back on the counter and left. The employee was still trying to explain something about the internet and their pricing. The employee that was, "helping", me was condescending, unprofessional and had a serious attitude problem. My wife took a 500$ ebike to pawn. They offered her 40$. She was 2 days late to pay all her loan off and they sold it.Most pawn shops will call you to let you know that you need to pay on it.They didn't. 40$ on a 500$ ebike is not right. This is one of the best pawn shop I’ve been to. I bought a mower. Very nice and clean. The guy was super kind enough to help me put it in my car. When I got home little did I know I had to wait 30 mins before use to let it settle. So I mowed and then white smoke everywhere. So I called them and he was SUPER kind and patient and explained how it works and later that day it worked!!! He even was smiling and talkative not just ok buy and get out type of personality.
