I purchased a sofa from this store. We were given a delivery date of 3/6/25 after 3pm. We made arrangements for delivery and got someone to be at our home at that time. On 3/5/25 I get my phone repeatedly called and voicemails saying they are trying to deliver. My husband calls and they told him we were scheduled for delivery the following day. The lady told him there was an error so we had to reschedule. My husband asked for a later time on Thursday. She stated that she was booked. So he set it up for Friday between 11am and 1pm. At 1pm I called to get an ETA because I still have things to do. The lady was incredibly rude and just said ”They are on their way to you now!” And hung up. I waited another hour. Still no call saying they are running behind, no one has shown up nothing. My husband goes up there and she tells him they are busy unloading a whole house of furniture now so it will be later. My appointment was between 11am and 1pm. So now not only did they screw up my original date, but now they aren’t delivering my items until later this evening. No specified time. To say I’m livid is an understatement. I’ve been with Aaron’s for many years, have bought MULTIPLE items from the Aaron’s company and this is by far the most poorly ran store I have pitched from.    Read moreRaymond is such an incompetent and unprofessional employee I have ever met in the many years I have dealt with Aaron’s. He was talking very unprofessionally with me, using racist remarks towards myself and his fellow coworker. He was also more focused on selling his personal vehicle than he was finishing the paperwork. I made a purchase on 2/28/25 and scheduled an appointment for 3/6/25 after three. On 2/5/25 I got a message from my wife stating Aaron’s had called her and to call her back because she was working. When I called I was informed that I had missed my delivery that Raymond had improperly scheduled and I could not have a delivery for that day due to the schedule being filled. Then on Friday3/6/25 my new schedule date. I was supposed to be delivered around 11-1. They still fail to deliver my stuff in time and just say, they should be on your way with no time given.
This all could have been avoided if Raymond would have taken his job more seriously and actually focused on the task at hand.
