Verizon — Local services in Gatesville

Russell Cellular is as unreliable as they come. My wife went into their store to get a new screen protector for her 13 ProMax and they put on one for a 15 ProMax. Once we discovered what they did, we went back to get it exchanged. They owned up to their mistake and “supposedly” ordered a new once since they didn’t have any in stock. This has been a month now and we’re still waiting. We’ve called the store multiple times and finally had to call the main Verizon to plead for help. They got a hold of the manager who stated that there was a shortage at their warehouse and once it arrives they would call us. So still no time frame on what should be an easy replacement....

Absolutely horrible people in there! Those two women in there did not want to do anything. They acted like if they had to do something it would kill them. And if anyone came in there they would immediately just send them to surrounding area Verizon stores which were 40 miles away. Un freaking real!!!! I asked who the manger was and the one girl got mad as Hell and said" If your going to have a attitude you can leave." Now how is that a attitude? Then threaten me with the cops.
