Took them my 11 pro max to replace screen and back cover.. went to pick it up they increased the price by 100$ more than quoted price.. saying the part was more expensive.. normally in a buisness you inform the customer especially when your talking about. A phone repair.. well turns out the screen fell out ..the more i looked the more angry i become . Screws missing.. and to top it off . The oled screen my 1200$ he said was required and its why the part was more Got replaced with a Led screen .. cheap knock off parts and poor quality workmanship . Crooked sales practice.. im taking him to small claims court and skipping his chance to make things right i would normally do.. screws missing and lying to my face about cost .. cheap parts . . Update: per his response, OEM parts is a complete lie. The phone literally knows they aren’t and isn’t working properly because of it. Awful experience here this week. The quality of glass used is thin and so cheap that it makes the phone screen look old and terrible. The phone would also not work correctly after replacement giving error messages that incorrect parts were used. We were never told that would happen, but when we told the company about it they said yeah, we can’t use Apple parts. The screen cracked after replacement by the smallest drop in a protective case. We are currently getting it replaced elsewhere, and they are surprised at the lack of quality used at the high price we paid. The new place...

Scott fixed my daughter's phone after another repair shop said it need more expensive repairs than it was worth. Works great and the repair cost was less than expected.

I took my daughters iphone to a 4.9 star repair place after it was submerged in water. They said 40 minutes to dry it out so I waited. Then it was going to be another 10 min, after 30 min I left and came back 2 hours later. The Phone worked but would not charge. He said it needed a new charging port and battery. We were only able to charge it on a magnetic charger.
