I had never been to this concert hole which looks more like a 1960s school auditorium then a concert hall and perhaps it is a school auditorium because it’s very close to a school, duh Of course, the hole was renovated the seats were comfortable, but I don’t know what it is in Texas in building these concert calls. The armrest are always too short and too narrow. The same thing happened at the best concert hall in Austin. Very weird indeed what I didn’t like was there was a microphone smacked dab in the middle of the orchestra pit so you blocked a small part of the stage. The symphony Orchestra was delightful. It is a beautiful building, with a great design and just about every area of it is acoustically brilliant. We heard the McNeil High School jazz band play in the lobby one year and it was just AMAZING!
