I came in with my son to get some transmission fluid. The guy at the counter was very helpful. But I had no idea how to put it in my car. I went outside with my son put him back in the car and tried to pop the hood and get the fluid in the right spot myself. Another employee saw me struggling , he was outside smoking a butt. he came over and asked if I needed help. I was so lucky to have him there, he helped me with everything! Then made sure the car was all set before I drove off! For him to come over and help me like that he was a true saint! I'm a single mom and I couldn't have appreciated or used the help any more than I did then. I tried to give him $3 for helping me but he told me I had a son so I needed the money. I told him that I'll buy my son his favorite, french fries and say that it was from him. He did not need to help me he did not need to go out of his way and see me struggling an offer help. That meant a lot to me. I will be going there for any other issues or parts I'm going to need for my car From now on! If you need help I would talk to the guy with a big long salt-and-pepper beard medium build kind of tall and a hat on. I wish I got his name. I know he will take care of anyone that comes in that store! He seemed truly genuine and there's not many people like...

To the one complaining about not keeping the doors open an extra 60 seconds...

OUR HOURS ... MON - FRI 7:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. SAT 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. SUN 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

We apologise that our 10 hour weekdays, our 8 hour Saturdays, and 4 hour Sundays, (which most of us are there 6 days, while the owner works 7 days, and two of us drive an hour each way), was not convenient enough for you to buy a wiper blade. We apologise that we want to see our families, and loved ones at least for a few minutes before they go to bed. We apologise that we may have things we need to do after a 10 hour day. We apologise that we may want to sit with our wives or girlfriends and have a hot meal. Please inform us of your precious schedule, so we can add more hours to our already long work week. Or be an adult, get to a place on time, with plenty of time (which there is plenty of) to make your purchase, and not inconvenience...

Matt and the guys at this place are awesome! I was in a huge jam on a Saturday with my tow truck when I blew my belt off and started overheating nearby. Luckily I was able to limp over to this napa. Even though my specific belt for my hino truck wasn't shown in the system, Matt took the time to measure my old belt and look in his inventory to match up something that would be close enough to work. He brought out many belts and explained the differences in width and length so I could pick the one that I was most comfortable with. With his help, I was able to get back on the road quickly.

Matt easily could have told me I was outta luck when the computer didn't show the belt but he went above and beyond to help me and I really felt like he cared about the problem I was having. Kudos...
