MINISO — Local services in Germantown

Store is big, clean, and spacious. Product changes very frequently. Prices are very high. Some items are 3x what we have paid at other stores carrying same product. I understand the high price on import items that cannot be purchased anywhere else. Unfortunately everything is marked up. They do clearance a lot, but be careful as all clearance is final sale. I was refused a return for a product that was NOT on clearance and had never been opened. I also had my original receipt. I tried returning the day after I purchased, so well within the 7 days. I hadn’t realized the product was not suitable for my child until I got home and saw the age guidance. I was told that because points were redeemed on my purchase that made my entire transaction a final sale. I was NOT told that at the time of purchase. It also does not state that anywhere on receipt. I bought a lot that day and the points redeemed were nothing compared to what I spent. I was told to argue the transaction with my credit card company. What??!! Don't sign up for their rewards program. Consider every sale a final sale. I will not be shopping here...

If you love the Hello Kitty-verse, Powerpuff girls, and otherwise all things Kawaii, this place is for you. They have tons of Hello Kitty merchandise, stationary, and some makeup and other personal items. There are some limited items, such as Lilo and Stitch, and a small selection of kawaii Pokémon things. And there is a tiny selection of anime figures.

However, please be aware that this place is VERY cutesty oriented. Great if that's your thing. This store is not for everyone and was not really for me, but I decided to go there and buy...

This is honestly a rather strange location for a store like this, i’d expect one of these stores in the outlet mall nearby. However, with all of the Asian stores in the shopping center it does make sense. Store is nice and well stocked.
