Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered pizza on Saturday, April 20th at around 5:02 after I waited almost 5 minutes to place my order. I placed my order and she told me about 30-45 minutes wait. Around 5:25 my brother, sister and I went outside to wait. At 5:55 I called to check in about the pizza. The lady told me the guy left at 5:32 and should be there soon. At 6:15, I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very nice (his name is Vincent.) and said the driver (his name is AK) came to the house already and knocked. I let him know that we had been outside about an hour at this point and no one has knocked on our door. He sent the driver back. The driver, AK came up to my house very aggressive with a very rude attitude saying that he came and knocked four times. We expressed to him that we had been sitting out here and no one came to our house. He kept arguing with us for close to five minutes in a very unprofessional and angry tone that we were wrong and he was right. I’ve never had such horrible service with a delivery driver. My two year old son was there and at one point, I had to bring him close to me because of the way this man was so disrespectful. Not only was he rude but our pizza was cold. He gave us the pizza, we signed the receipt and he left with no tip. I called Vincent back at the Fox Chapel store and explained to him what happened. He was very helpful and gave us our money back. We kept our cold pizza. I will never be calling this...

I have ordered 3 items and pick up time was 6/16 9 pm, when I went there with my family that Guy said one order is not ready please wait so I waited for 20 min then that guy gives me 3 items, so Generally in past, I did not check in front of them but yesterday I checked and my 1st item was not correct they have given me cheese pizza only. So he said please wait outside we will give you according to your order. So I waited outside a minimum of 30 min and again I went inside thrice and checked & it was not ready, so at around 10 PM I entered the shop again, that guy said it is ready, so I am not checking as I am not wearing the hand globes, so he said all ar, good SIR, then he put all stuff in my car, when I checked in my house, 1st item was totally wrong and extra cheese, no extra chicken and totally bad taste, Item 3 was also wrong one they have given nuggets instead of MY ITEMS, so ridicules service, so totally BAD, i waisted my 52 dollar, bad...

WORST experience ever. Contactless curbside pickup but no one came out. Went in to be told that the person I saw them give pizza committed fraud and has my pizza/wings. That car was nothing like mines. I was in a SUV with instructions to put the food in the trunk. That person was in a car that wasn't the same boday type, make, model or color. Then they said give us 15 minutes to remake your order then I watched them give people in the store the incorrect orders. How does the person making the pizza not recognize the toppings on the pizza??? Then I remembered why I stopped getting Pizza Hut years ago. Toooooo many issues from this location to deliver to my house behind the ahopping center where they were, food was ALWAYS wrong...
