I went to Gibson City today and found this sweet little gem of a shop that I found out is run by a husband and wife team who are also police officers. Hence the name. A fantastic place with locally produced products ranging from bath products to candles and candies plus much more. All the candies produced in the kitchen there. The person who was working the counter,(I asked his name 6 times and have completely forgot sorry) was the nicest person and explained to me the background of the ownership and their partners. Very cool place to take your family if you are looking to support small businesses that produce their products locally. My kind of place. My kind of people. Will be back...

We accidentally found this place while traveling for work. It was such a nice surprise. Love the variety of the candy they have and it is so nice to see that it is made right there. I am a candy addict and always stop at candy stores, caramels are my favorite. I got some of the caramels here and was very impressed! Their chocolate is the creamiest I have ever had, the caramel is amazing too. The lady working there was fairly new and she was friendly and helpful - great service.
