Strictly Kids Resale Shop — Local services in Gibson City

I don’t even live in IL but when I come home to visit, I make it a point to stop in. Always clean and organized and though the name is misleading, they carry adult clothes in the back.

The prices are not thrift shop prices so don’t go expecting only to spend a few bucks, but if you catch their sales, you can really make a killing. I recently caught their seasonal changeover of 90% off and bought $200 worth of clothes, shoes, toys, and books for $20‼️

The ladies in there are also SO accommodating. Every time I go in there with my elderly grandma, they provide a chair for her to sit in and one even helped her over the ice and snow to our car. The last time I was there they even offered a stroller for my son so I didn’t have to carry him while I shopped.

They do not have carts/buggies being a small store so this would probably be my only complaint as I have to make multiple basket load trips for them to hold at the counter since I can only carry so much.

Well kept, nice clothing. Easy to shop and find what you need. Even has a little play area for kids while you shop. My only complaint is that there is no public restroom, which is inconvenient when you have potty training or diaper wearing kids.
