They seem to be running a bait-and-switch scheme. I recently invested $1,000 on a coffee table that arrived to my home damaged. This damage was not there when I bought this in store. They are saying nothing we can do citing a strict no returns’ policy. Anthropology had multiple damaged tables, and I specifically chose an undamaged one. I was even on a waitlist where I received a call about one coming in that’s in good condition. Then they pull this and offer zero help. To add insult to injury, during the purchase, they rang up the table twice, resulting in a total of over $2,000. After asking about the higher amount, they apologized, said it was a mistake, and took off the extra charge. I will be disputing the charge and feel it is important to share my experience as a warning to others. We are doing a full remodel and had a few purchases planned. Don’t waste your time. An overhyped outlet. Selection for couches was very small and overpriced- especially considering that everyone shopping in the store was laying all over the furniture with their shoes on, damaging the goods further. I don’t get why staff let people climb all over everything as the furniture is sold as is. Not worth the expensive price tag even at a discount for a couch that is being trampled on all day long. Wallpaper selection was good, and a lot of entertainment center options. Rugs were plentiful but so overpriced for most of these items. It’s like homegoods but without the deals. Disappointed. Not worth the drive. And for how big the space was, they don’t have enough inventory. You can find the same quality furniture at better prices literally...

Has great options for one of a kind statement pieces for your home. I recently bought a top rated bed for half the price than what it is currently runs for on their website. They made sure I had the opportunity to check for damage before purchasing. I asked that They package it very well for delivery. They partner with a delivery company called lugg- that is basically an uber for furniture delivery and I made sure to leave instructions for careful packaging. The base fee is $75 and then they charge per mile. They did great and took it upstairs straight to the bedroom....
