We brought in our Goldendoodle, Hampton (aka our spoiled fur-child), and he came out looking like a freshly fluffed cloud of joy. Not only did he look fabulous, but he was clearly treated with so much love, patience, and care. It’s rare to find groomers who not only do a phenomenal job but also genuinely love on your pet like their own.

Kaylee and Krista took the time to make sure Hampton was comfortable, happy, and handsome andddddd they somehow managed to make him even cuter than before (which we didn’t think was possible). Their energy is calm, kind, and professional, and it made the whole experience stress-free for both us and our pup. Hampton gave them a run for their money when it came to toe trimming and the fact that they both worked on this made us realize how caring this place is and the compassion staff have at any given moment!!!

We’ll absolutely be back. Hampton gives them two paws up and a very happy tail wag! We love everyone at Barking Dogs, they treat your family, well, like family!...

Extremely disappointed. Been taking by dog their for years. Paying well over 100 each visit. Plus 20% tip. Now, 10 days before next app, told Taylor left. I explained that Taylor had not groomed my dog for months. It has been Adrianna. Next with Adrianna, early April. Been going to fire them. Last straw! Done! Again! Very disappointing!

Barking Dogs (Owner) 20 minutes ago Hi David, we apologize for the clerical error, but at one point when you did groom with Taylor, we put her initials next to your name so we know that it would be her grooming client. At some point when you moved to Adriana, the initials for Taylor was not removed from your name so when you booked your appointment, they must have just booked you with Taylor seeing the initials there. Taylor was with us for six years, but has since moved on so we were calling and moving her clients to other groomers and that’s where the clerical air came in. I brought my dog in for a bath and a nail trim. When I dropped her off they physically dragged her to the back, with no encouragement or anything to calm her. After charging me more than what was quoted they brought her out and told me they did not trim her nails because she was being difficult, but still charged me for doing her nails, and added a charge because she was being difficult. I now have her at home and it appears as if they did not bathe her. It looks like they just put oil on her and brushed her. After inspecting further I found areas where fur is missing, and her gentiles, legs, and belly area are covered in what appear to be scratches and rashes. I was not informed of any sort of injuries or irritation from them when I picked her up. I am extremely upset and will not be taking my dog here again.

I have never had any problems or complaints about her before from any other place. If my dog was truly being difficult they could have called me to pick her up at any point during the hour...
