Whataburger — Restaurant in Four Corners States

This is a mixed review:

Love the atmosphere, Love the clean dining area and Love their green chili cheeseburger here. I order it custom and opt for a couple of tweeks - add mustard and onions - leave off one beef patty (packed to go). Easy, right? You'd think so... My recent experience though was disastrous.

The first "attempt" arrived at my table some 10 minutes post order. It was basically a "build a burger kit" - not a "whataburger". After seeing that the two meat patties were "conjoined " due to a misplaced cheese slice, I sent the order back to be made proper (which hasn't been an issue here insofar).

Much more time passed, Now well into the "waiting for food" about 20 minutes, I witnessed two other couples who both ordered, were served, and still no food on my table. In frustration and anger, I was now irritated and left, abandoning my $10 purchase.

Will I return? Maybe. The cheeseburger is very good. The service, timing, communication, and common sense however seems absent here (* and I'm not blaming it on youth - the man running the front area was borderline elderly).

My boyfriend and I go in here pretty often. Spend too much money in here to NEVER get the dipping sauces you ask for. I'm wholeheartedly obsessed with their regular ketchup and ask for it every order, at least 3 ketchups. I am always, always shorted. Three weeks ago, a miracle occurred and I received 4 ketchups. This is the only time I've walked away with ANY at all in the last two months. I know they are stingy with it but this is ridiculous. You're now shorting people what they pay for and it's on a near constant basis. Yall are either not paying attention to those instructions on the monitors or you're just purposely not giving what is payed for. Either way, it's ridiculous. Not to MENTION neither of the speaker boxes work worth a damn, you can't hear anything they say. Yeah, that makes ordering real fun. Not coming to this location again. We'd rather just drive the distance to the Broadway location, highly recommended over this...

I had the worst experience at this location on 7/17. I was in the drive thru and ordered a salad, two combo #13's without the sodas. When I got my food I only got my salad and one box with just 3 chicken tenders no sides (not even both orders) I had my granddaughter in the car and couldn't go in so I drove around back to the drive thru. And asked what happened. She said since I didn't order the combo that's how it comes. I let her know, that's not true I specifically said 2 combo #13's I just don't want the sodas. She responded saying well that is not the combo so it doesn't come with sides. I paid about $27 originally and my granddaughter was begging for fries I didn't have the time to fight back or go somewhere else and she was not being helpful so I had to order two additional medium fries.
