Considering the multitude of options for indoor play places in the area, you'd think the customer service would be better here. Three biggest complaints:
The temperature in the building. While most places in Phoenix are frigid in the summer months, the building is sweltering. With kids running around constantly, you'd think they'd keep it cool.
They do not allow ANY beverages, including bottled water, unless they are in the cubbies. This is strictly enforced. Again, being in AZ in the summer (and considering the building itself is so warm), children should have easy access to leakproof water bottles. This is the first time l've seen such a policy in any play places, and it's strictly enforced.
They make you wear "elevate" grippy socks. This is surely a money ploy as they're the exact same (with the exception of the branding) as any other grippy sock. This too is strictly enforced. I understand it can be a way to make a few extra bucks, but it's a great way to sour the costumer experience.
I had high hopes for the opening of this facility as I live down the street from it, but I can confidently say that l'd rather drive the extra couple miles to spend my money...
Read moreWe were very disappointed with our recent experience. At check-in, we requested a drink change, but when the drinks were served with the pizza, the order was wrong and the staff was not friendly or professional about fixing it.
We had also brought our own cake for the party, which the staff placed in their kitchen fridge. When it was time to cut the cake, it was returned with water dripping onto it. Half of the cake had melted fondant colors running into the white frosting, completely ruining its appearance.
On top of that, the staff serving our group was unfriendly and not polite when it came time to wrap up the party. Despite the poor service, we still tipped 20% of the bill, but overall the experience was unpleasant and disappointing.
The facility was clean and equipments were pretty clean for kids to play with, but we were very disappointed with this location and its customer service for the...
Read moreDO NOT PAY FOR ADULT PASS. Not worth it at all. You can only do like two things in the whole space and you can easily see your kids pretty much anywhere. This place is small and has about 45 minutes worth of things to do but only a 90 minute option. Had some altered reality games but one is pretty finicky and will wear you out in 5 minutes. The other one is pretty constantly overrun with small kids, but pretty fun. Only two small foam pits, one for kids under 5 and the other can really only handle two people max at a time. Had a basketball game that was cool but kind of just a one time thing. Every trampoline is only about 5ft by 5ft wide and you will pretty much be sharing that with someone else because it’s a small space honestly. In comparison to every other trampoline park, this one goes on the bottom for me and my son as well. The Queen Creek Location is much better with...
