Meredith is an absolute dream. From our very first conversation, her warmth, professionalism, and artistry instantly put me at ease. She’s the rare combination of creative visionary and logistical rockstar—someone who not only brings breathtaking floral designs to life, but does so with a level of organization and care that makes you feel completely supported throughout the entire process.

We came to Meredith with only half-formed ideas, and she transformed them into the most magical, colorful, joy-filled experience we could have imagined. The compliments have been non-stop—guests were raving about the florals all night long: the vibrant colors, the scent, the way they completely transformed the space.

And when the weather threw us a serious curveball (hello, downpour on our outdoor ceremony!), Meredith showed such grace and grit. She and her incredible assistant powered through the storm, set everything up beautifully, and seamlessly pivoted to our indoor backup plan without missing a beat. Her calm presence and determination truly saved the day—and somehow, she still made everything look absolutely stunning.

I cannot recommend Riverstone/Meredith enough!!! An absolute joy to work with and exceeded my wedding day floral and decor vision. Meredith and I met for an initial consult which helped her put together a mood board based on my input and a proposal based on tiered options per item (3 bridal bouquets, 5 centerpiece options, 3 arbor options, etc.). She tweaked any of the options based on my feedback and then I made my initial selections which created the proposal with all costs broken out. Deposit was placed and we checked in and made any needed tweaks throughout the planning process! As an out of state bride, Meredith was so flexible and made the process so easy from chatting on the phone to texting me pictures of mock table settings and her rental selections were perfect! Wedding florals can be extremely costly and Meredith never pressured me to add additional features and even made suggestions on how to repurpose ceremony and bridesmaid bouquet florals into our reception space! She also went above and beyond and offered to stay after initial setup to move our ceremony florals to our reception space herself. Meredith was delightful to work with and we would highly recommend her. We went to a lot of florist consultations and often found that they were putting us in a box -- "here's what we offer, pick your favorites, anything that isn't very basic has massive up-charges." Meredith instead started by asking us a lot of questions about what we liked (which we honestly didn't know, but her helpful probing and guidance got us there), and then in the lead-up to our wedding, proposing a variety of ideas to see what excited us. She also helped us think critically through each piece of our day (ceremony + multiple reception venues) to make sure we had flowers and greenery in every space we might want them. In places where we declined additional things, she never pushed or prodded, which was so refreshing compared to other vendors, who always seemed to want to upsell. And then on the day of the wedding itself, she delivered perfectly! Meredith made sure that every single thing was gorgeous, fresh, vibrant, and installed well before our events began.
