I use to like this place. But my most recent experience will be my last. The people behind the counter where rude and made this experience worse. I do not usually give a review like this but for this I will make an exception. We were there to grab couple of slices and head out . We were not eating in. So there is a store in the same building so me and a friend bought a frozen drink. So we had one in hand as we walked in it was 95 outside and I own a jeep I wasn't leaving it in the car. Now for them to ask us not to have them in there if we were eating in then I would more than understand. But they never asked that. They proceeded to tell us it was not allowed in their establishment. Which I would of also been fine with but they were rude about it and made me feel like they didn't want me there. Thats where I stop understand and I choose to leave and not order anything. They lost my respect and my business. I know that they have good food. But I was not impressed with their service and was disgusted by their demeanor and how they think they can treat someone. Sorry but not sorry. I left feeling like I had just...

Pizza: The pizza was a big letdown. It was overly cheesy, to the point where it overpowered the entire dish. The toppings werenāt fresh or flavorful, which made the overall taste quite bland and unimpressive. Itās not what youād expect from a place with so many positive reviews.
Service: The service was below average. It was slow, and the staff seemed inattentive to customer needs. It didnāt feel welcoming or professional, which added to the overall disappointment.
Ambience: The ambience left much to be desired. The space felt uninviting and poorly maintained, lacking the charm or coziness youād hope for in a pizza place.
Overall, Pizza Express didnāt live up to the expectations set by its reviews. The food, service, and ambience all fell short, and itās not a place Iād recommend for a satisfying...

Well, it's not the same pizza as GHOP. Sauce is sweeter and crust is thicker and doughier. Altogether, not a bad pizza, but not the pure excellence of GHOP's greasy, cheesy, delightful pizza. As a side note, the mozzarella sticks were lukewarm at best, and I picked them up exactly on time and ate them immediately (in the car - I'm a class act. š)
Bottom line, this would be a solid contender for best pizza in town if GHOP wasn't just a few quick miles away. I don't understand why they aren't using GHOP's exact recipes. They're clearly amazing.
Some reviewers complained about service, but I was treated pleasantly and professionally at every interaction. Just one visit, so take this for what it's worth, but no complaints...
