This place is a joke! From the shipper to the receiver! Waited 8 hours to load which made me unable to make a 1 am appt. That in turn caused me to not be able to get over the mountains with the snow. Sat waiting for the highway to open gave an eta for 10 pm. Arrived at 8, and said they would call me. At 5 am, went back to see how much longer and advised since I missed my appt I would get offloaded when they had time. How convenient, so I left. They sure were needing the load after I left. All this mess caused me 18 hours of down time, and to miss my next load. Very poor professionalism and wonder why truckers get frustrated. I would not recommend Ardagh Metal Packaging in Fairfield CA or this place. Unless you have time to kill and want to make about 2 cents a mile avoid both places. All this could've been avoided if they would have just done their jobs. I made my appt at shippers arriving at 6:41 for a 8 a.m. appt. Sitting till 2:45 made the whole load late. We should be able to get compensated when they do this. Broker wants to charge $250 if we are late but if we get there on time they sit make us sit. This industry...

Came to my appointment on time . This Greg guy who ignored me for a while when he did acknowledge me he refused to chk the pickup # nor care to get any information me just had me return 8 hrs later, when I did, he had me come back an hour later after that, when morning crew came in finally this other guy did check my Pickup# just to inform me that my load isn't ready til 48 hrs later, I ask why I wasn't informed about it, he asked me if Gregg ignoring me , of course he did, apparently he tends to do that and this company enables this behavior. On top Greg approach us and started yielding at me lying at my face that I gave him the wrong information, I called up on him lying he then proceeded, insulting me, acting very unprofessional and childish, his lucky I am a professional and kept shut as the other guy kept apologizing for Greg's behavior. .. well, what can one do when clearly the company supports and enables this type of behavior. There are 5 businesses on this huge piece of property at this address. Portland Bottling Company is one of them.

This was a Monday morning pick up. They have roving security and dont allow you to park on the property overnight.

I believe the property opens at 5am and closes at 10pm for truck access

With that being said, the property is a ONE WAY counter-clockwise traffic control. so when you check in with security, you make a right and follow the road all the way around the property

I might have gotten lucky to be loaded early because I was the only truck in the dock.

I was on the property a day before delivering to Safeway and booked this load Sunday afternoon. Im glad it was in the same area, lol.
