As a Clackamas County business owner I always love finding new businesses to support! This one is easy and delicious. I was here at Crazy Bowl today with my 12 year old son. He said for me to tell everyone, "Crazy Bowl is Crazy Fast, Crazy Delicious and Crazy Affordable" He will be my next sales manager 😉 The choices are easy and everyone can find what they like. Their brown rice was amazing I did the Chicken & Ginger Pork combo. Loved the flavor of the Ginger Pork and both meats were good quality, juicy but not fatty. My son got the noodles with white meat chicken & beef. Excellent! Beef was delicious and tender. I love that they are light on the sauce on purpose. And for more they have a sauce bar to add more. Good side of cabbage slaw with nice dressing. Plus!! A sliced fresh Orange 🍊 WOW!
The ambience is trendy and I felt right at home with the live edge wood countertops since that is what we do at Jewell Hardwoods. Fast and very friendly service. I love that they are open till 8pm as we don't have many Teriyaki places like this in Boring/Damascus/Hwy 212 area. Time to program them into my phone. Cant wait to go back. Make sure you Turn at the light by Red Barn Car Wash & Millet Paint, they are right next to The Human Bean, which can be tricky to get into. Take the exit and turn on the first side road on your right. You...
Read moreI usually love the poke bowl here or the tofu bowl. Tonight, I chose tofu bowl and chicken bowl for the hubby. Whole getting the extra sauce on the side at the self-service area, i pumped once on the secret sauce and out squirted a large amount all over my shirt and pants. I guess it was stuck inside, and when I pressed down, it squirted straight across. I'm so mad. The sign says pump slowly but said nothing about blocking the flow or it getting stuck. White sweater, mind you!!! The spicy mayo was fine with the pump. I have a feeling this was not the first time this has happened since they listed go slow. Then I take my food home and both yakisoba and brown rice in each bowl were drenched in their secret sauce!!! I could not eat more than one bite, sodium overload. I drove back as fast as I could since half of each bowl was disgusting. They were not answering their phone and were already closing down at 15 mins till closing. I had a feeling they were closing early since I have come by on a day and time before that they should have been open and weren't. They made me another rice and yakisoba at my request, but there were no apologies, which left a sour note with me. I sat outside while waiting since they didn't let me inside. Not sure I'll be back. Don't touch the damn sauce spouts without knowing what...
Read moreAfter 3 visits, I have finally found the secret to this location for KFC to go! I usually find this place for my dinner selection on the way home from work. It's a fairly casual location off the beaten path for Korean fried chicken. After a long day of work and an almost hour ride home from work I really just want to get home with dinner and not sit any longer than I need to. These guys are super fast with their food, and I can usually get home with a short 10-12 minute wait for freshly made chicken. I get home, and what I have found is that with all the intense heat of the freshly made goodness, the chicken ends up being soggy. Nobody likes soggy fried chicken. I can't blame them for this issue, so I was determined to try it again. I hoped the next time would work if I hurried home faster but to no avail. This last time I went, I figured out that we need to separate the sauce from the chicken, which they were very reluctant to offer but did so on my request. I came home to all this fried crispy goodness and individually sauced each piece of chicken on demand. I will say the smile on my face was from ear to ear! What a great meal it was!
They are super friendly here! I would also advise the japchae, the bulgogi meal, and the Kim chee. This place is a great option for on the go options for...
