GameStop — Local services in Glasgow

Horrible experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I bought a pre-owned Xbox one and used it for 10 hours and it stoped working. I had a one year warranty and took it back in Bowling Green they told me they didn’t have the exact original Xbox so to go to Glasgow’s GameStop. They called and told Glasgow to hold their Xbox one original. I went to Glasgow’s GameStop about 3 hours later I walk in and they tell me they sold the one they were holding for me, but they are going to ship one to me. That’s strike one. Then they tell me that it comes with 2 games under $20. First off they had a horrible selection then I pick 2 games and come to find out they can’t do the deal. That’s strike 2. Last, they said it would be about a week before I got the Xbox. They told me they were doing me a favor by covering the cost of the shipping which really made me mad. Overall horrible store and customer service....

If I could give No star I would though its not a option . Will definitely shop in Bowling green from now on . We brought a game to the counter we intended to purchase , the cashier was told too sell us a different one pushing the game we had brought up to the counter to the side. Putting a sticker across the facing of another game an called it New , when trying too scam someone in a hurry , later too realize they put the wrong game in the wrong case. They had to remove there sticker ..lol.. It was hilarious an the most unprofessional experience. I hate to say it but Gamestop is sort of flagging, I feel. They have a dated site, dated locations. The employees are good - I enjoy talking with them because they can talk points on games and the hobby - but the store itself seems lackluster. That being said, it's one of the few game shops you can go to and the quality is consistent, as are the extended warranties. It's a good choice - but there aren't many...
