Rent-A-Center — Local services in Glasgow

Went in on the 3rd and was told no fees till the 10th. Was charged $10 for a couch and loveseat that I NEVER got to have because they couldn't deliver for SIX days and they wanted me to basically have it delivered, enjoy it for 1 day and then pay $30 the following day for the new week.

Manager told me the 1st week ($10) was to cover UP TO a week.

Seems like they need to reevaluate and figure out how short handed they are before scheduling the deliveries. Then, charge based on when they can deliver because it's not our faults that they're short handed.

Guess they needed my $10 more than I did. Smdh.

My wife and I have done business with Rent-A-Renter for a few years now , they go far and beyond to help you and help you get what you need or want , Avery is a really good guy and he will do whatever he has to do to help you .. worst place to get anything from will harass you a week before payment is due. Paid ahead two months and still received calls for a payment every few days. Became tired of it.
