Arizona smokers — Local services in Glendale

03/25: I was sitting outside waiting for an order to pop up on my phone in the parking lot with a jersey mikes and then some random guy comes and stands next to the car that I am parked next to and proceeds to start watching me. So I asked him if I could help him and he said that he was security for the plaza and all this extra stuff and I specifically asked him if I was doing anything wrong, if he thought I was gonna hurt someone or anything and he said no but he was still standing there watching me. Then a guy from smoke city comes over and does the same thing thinking he’s Batman trying to save the day and threatens to call the cops on me and have me arrested for loitering and trespassing, which I wasn’t, and that he would have my car towed. Come to find out, I actually ended up calling the cops first and he didn’t not til 5 minutes later. I guess the employees thought I was going to do something to them and they got all scared but when I left after I picked up my first order they said something about me that I heard and I walked back in and told them that I heard that. The employees that work there shouldn’t have opened their mouth in the first place because it’s real rude to talk behind a customers back ESPECIALLY when they can hear you. The smoke city employee was acting tough when he shouldn’t have been, he was very rude and disrespectful. If we’re being technical, they were discriminating which is illegal because I asked them several times if I did anything wrong and they said “that’s irrelevant” or “no” so they’re...

Pretty sad state of affairs when somebody wont do the right thing. I bought a pen from this place, defective and didn’t work. It burned everything too high and now I sound like I smoke 50 packs of cigarettes and have no voice today, and it’s been two weeks later. I came in a week ago to be told he can’t give me a refund but he’ll talk to the owner. I called every day for six days to be given the runaround finally, I come in again to speak to the same gentleman who sold me the pen. He said there’s a sign on the window that says no refunds.(picture with time stamp for proof) I Went out to look there is not a single sign. He calls the owner while Im there, says he will give me half a refund. I didn’t pay for half a pen I will never come back to the store. I will never refer anybody to the store as far as I’m concerned any business that will not do the right thing and make a full refund for something that is causing somebody physical harm Doesn’t deserve to...

I’ve been with this smoke shop from the very first day they opened. Beautiful shop, huge variety to select from, always clean, just a welcoming atmosphere when you walk through those doors!

Nicole the manager she knows what she’s doing she makes everyone feel welcome. She is very patient and she has manners. Another thing about Nicole she will not rush you and she will make sure you walk out happy and make sure you understand everything about what you bought.

My runner up is Charles, that’s my guy. He is a very polite employee always puts a smile on anybody’s face, no matter who you are he will make sure you walk out 110% happy with what you got.
