The wait in line the even be able to order took the upwards end of 10 minutes and when we got the the order menu a pleasant voice said "welcome to Lenny's we will be right with you" to which we agreed we had been looking at the menu for maybe 2 minutes when an entirely different voice said" did you order yet?" We said "no we were asked to wait a moment" so they said " ok what do you want" we asked what was on the special advertised and were told its a basic burger its doesn't have anything special. I have food allergies and have learned to ask questions or end up in the hospital and didn't appreciate that someone who doesn't come there every day and memorize every part of what makes a Lenny's burger couldn't just get a clear answer. We proceeded and ordered a few things and after every selection they asked will that be all. We literally ordered two sandwiches and 2 sides one extra sauce and waited about 15 minutes to get one car space ahead to pay. Once they took the payment we only waited maybe 5 minutes to receive the food we ordered and we noticed the sauce wasn't in the bag. So we waited to ask them for the sauce because to be honest thats what I came for its tangy and sweet and delicious and what I had remembered from a previous experience,, and it took them at least another 5 minutes to answer the window. We requested the sauce they said it was in the bag. We said the ranch is in the bag from the side but the sauce which we were charged extra for is not. They said we got what we ordered and I said fine take the other sauce back I would like the one I paid extra for. Now, I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and there are rules customers may not be made aware of but he jumped back and yelled "nothing comes back through the window!" And finally decided to just get one out of the cooler. He proceeded to lecture me saying I didn't know what I was ordering and I had received what I requested. Why does it have to be a full blown fight for one of your customers who at this point has been waiting 30 minutes at a drive through for 4 small food items to simply get what they ordered. I dont know if you need more staff support or spend some time with your employees so you can see how they operate, but that is not the right way to treat...
Read moreHere’s the thing the food here is pretty dang good, but the service left me feeling like I’d rather spend my money elsewhere in the future. We arrived at about 745pm after a very long day dealing with a family emergency. The location closes at 10pm so we felt we had ample time to sit and enjoy our meal inside. I had been here before, but atleast a decade ago so I can’t say if the awful service is typical, but it was enough to have me thinking twice about returning. When we walked inside the location is small. There are some booths and one long table. We were not greeted and while there were three employees working that we saw no one said anything, looked up then kept going about their business. The girl who I assumed would be running the counter ignored us for a good four to five minutes id sat as she worked the drive thru and other things. I would have no issue with that I’d of just liked a be with you shortly etc . …which I will say finally came after to we stood there looking at her in dismay. Once she finally came over and asked for our order I started to tell her. I asked for a shake with my meal when she quickly and rudely said I’m not making more shakes tonight. Which i get if it was super close to closing etc, but why do you offer shakes if you’re refusing service for items you sell hours before you close? We were starving after a long day so I told her fountain drink was my only option apparently. My son ordered his meal and we were told it would be brought out. We did not have to wait too long as there was only one other table eating. This employees tone just set off such a negative vibe for me. Have some table manners, professionalism, courtesy..i dont know act like you care that you work in customer service. That goes a long way and it would make it easier to understand what might be going on . Not just I’m not making those anymore with an attitude was just rude. I’ll end this with the food was great. Burger had good flavor, toppings fresh and fries crispy but not over done. Prices were a bit high so you think service...
Read moreI stopped by Saturday October 26,2024 probably just before 6 pm. I was wanting a pastrami burger so I ordered, I also ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and the family meal for my family. In total rough almost $60. I was on the right drive through window, I waited almost 10 to 15 minutes watching them serve the other window. The gal at the time opened the window and I gave her a $100 bill to pay for my food. The bill was a 2003 so it was older, I just got paid from my client with it, and I checked it it had all the security details on it. It was just older and thin. The girl looked at it, no observations of any other water markings on it, and not even a uv light or pen check. She looked at me and told me the bill was fake....I then asked her how do you know yoi did not even check it. She said because I can tell it's fake. She then called her manager Joaquin via FaceTime showed him the bil via FaceTime and said this guys trying to pass off and pay me with a fake bill. At this time I been sitting there almost 30 minutes listening to them. I said then I will pay with my card nice and calmly.
I said its fine i will pay with my card and when i go and get the bill verification as real i would like my food for free. Joaquin then tells her to tell me that they refuse to serve me, and I asked why? I said said I will pay for my food I'm just simply saying if the bill is real I would like some sort of compensation. They refuse me service and I left, I went to my back and they confirmed the bill as real.
I am extremely disappointed in the way the situation was handled from the management, I was embarrassed with they way the employee tried belittling me claiming I was trying to scam this business. The owner reached out to me and I told her the situation, and asked if they had cameras and to watch the situation, I wasn't rude and I was calm.
As a business owner myself, and a general manager for another company. This situation was handled wrong, and unprofessional.
