I have been to many jewelry stores, but this one was my worst experience, not even comparable to other stores, concerning costumer service, for example when you chose something they refuse to adjust it to fit your size, I’m used to buying gold and know it could be easily adjustable, they just don’t want to do it saying it would lose some of its weight or other reasons and this behavior doesn’t meet the costumer service standards. Another example, if you want to exchange gold they would extremely break the value of your assets and confuse you about how they calculated the price or even how much was the value, they make you feel like your gold is worthless, and out of confusion and the fact that the seller was alone to serve another costumer which made me uncomfortable to calculate the value but after arriving home, I found out that there was a difference in the weight value of the exchange. They always brag about the fact that all their costumers leave the shop very happy, which totally didn’t happen in my case, I left unhappy and disappointed which led me to recalculate everything after arriving home and found out about the difference in weight. If there is 0 stars I would totally give it to them This place is a joke their prices are not accurate at all they point out at the fake prices they have presented on the tv and tell the people these are the live prices (i did checkout two other places and they had way different prices and if anyone want the name of the other places I can provide them to you and they have real gold and they do have 21k) and on top of that the customer service the UNCLE provide is humiliating I showed the uncle the price and he told me to go somewhere else because I called them out so disrespectful and rude if you want to open a business you might want to learn how to RESPECTFULLY talk to customers and not only with me but I know other people who experienced the same thing from him never going there or recommend...

This business provided the quickest and kindest customer service I could have hoped for. The family running this jewelry shop is incredibly considerate and helpful!

We brought in various pieces of jewelry for repairs, and they took the time to explain in-depth about the entire repair process for each piece, including complete transparency about avoiding unnecessary costs wherever we could. It is clear that they have genuine concern for their customers.

Within 20 minutes, they managed to fix three separate pieces of jewelry at an incredibly low price. We also left with a beautiful necklace, too! It's safe to say this is the new go-to for all our jewelry needs.
