I advise all to NOT use Real Barbers of Arizona (4220 W. Northern Ave., Suite 118, Phoenix, AZ 85051). The barber does good work, but has poor customer service and social skills. I have five children, and would have gladly paid him for years to come. On 2-3 separate incidents, my wife took our children to get their hair cut and the barber was not there during his posted business hours. My wife made an appointment with him yesterday (03/22/21) for 3:00p.m. today (03/23/21). My wife and two sons arrived on time for their appointment today, and the barber allowed two individuals to go ahead of my two sons. At 4:15p.m., my wife and two sons were still waiting. I phoned the barber and shared my dismay. I informed him that my wife had a scheduled appointment. He made excuses. He was dismissive. I told him that he does good work and needs to honor scheduled appointments. Again, he was dismissive and told me that he has several businesses and does not care if my children go elsewhere to get haircuts. If you have a choice, do not give your money to ungrateful people and people that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Tuesday, 12/11/24, I was getting my hair done by Sarah when Eric unexpectedly asked me to leave his shop. My hair was still wet and incomplete. The situation escalated after Eric overheard a private conversation I was having with Sarah about my Instagram feed. I showed her a video of a barbershop near my office with a new owner. Eric, in a harsh tone, told Sarah, "You should see if he has openings," and then accused me of being disrespectful for showing the video. He demanded that I leave and went as far as calling the police, claiming I was trespassing. He also instructed Sarah to pack up her things and leave his shop.
This experience was deeply disappointing. The shop has gone downhill, and Eric has consistently shown a lack of respect for women and his customers. He takes a long time to cut hair because he talks to much. (Seen with my own eyes numerous times)
I have never been treated this way before in a "professional setting"and would not recommend his services to anyone especially women. Women take your sons to a location that respects your time, your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I can give this business a zero I would. āHere at REAL BARBERS OF ARIZONA we try to make each and every person feel like they are at homeā. I think this place is a joke! Very unprofessional. They definitely did not follow there motto our first time there. As my son and I arrived didnāt get a good welcome. Barber that was cutting my sons hair either had no experience or was not in a good space to for it. Didnāt even notice a license in his space. I didnāt get any names as I felt very uncomfortable there. The head barber was not very friendly when I asked him a question. I own a small business and as a owner I would want any kind of feedback so this is my feedback to you REAL BARBERS OF AZ, āGood business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to...
