Just went to do my grocery shopping at this location, and when I got to cashier she was very rude, aside from having a really bad attitude with a bad face gesture lol she hated her job Her Name is Anayesi. The rudest thing she did is looked at me with evil mad eyes and expected me to bag my groceries, hmm as this is her Job and she is the one getting paid for it, NOT Me!! Seeing how she looked at me while starting to bag items, I ASKED AM I SUPPOSE TO BAG MY OWN GROCERIES?, (which I don’t mind ),but the way she was then throwing aside what she was starting to bag and her horrible attitude, I had to ask! She responded “well ppl are supposed to bag their own stuff !” again rude attitude and wording, I then asked “oh really I didn’t know if this , is there a sign that says that?!” She stayed quiet and the. “I asked for a manager “ she said not caring “well he’s around go look for him!, simply her customer service is not acceptable and should be retrained or have her do something else not having to encounter customers, as her rudeness attitude will definitely cause problems and loss of regular customers ! Read moreThe good points first. The store is clean. The different aromas of freshly cooked and/or baked items fill your senses and your stomach demands attention.
Some of the "fresh" produce isn't so "fresh" and on this particular day, they had cucumbers and avocados on sale. I couldn't find the avocados and the cucumbers were very low quality.
The prices of items on sale are good, otherwise they might be a little less than your corner convenience store. So other than some really good deals, there isn't a lot to attract this customer.
A couple of suggestions... 1. Prices need to scan correctly at the register. 2. Simply put, you serve the public. There are those of us who do not speak Spanish. Having a customer service representative or cashier who CAN understand and be understood without shaming us, is a profitable and inclusive solution.
My personal shopping experience on this particular day wasn't so great. Hence the 2 stars. If you cannot understand your customer, don't take an attitude. It isn't my fault you charged me incorrectly. I have to say 4 employees later and I finally talked to someone who spoke English?...
Read moreWorse experience ever.....So apparently manager in meat department doesn't know how to estimate people I went in to get marinated Chicken and I asked him we have a party of 70 to 80 people how much meat should I get. First he told me take 80 pound each person can eat 1 pound lol.....I told him no that's kinda a lot so he said we just take 50 so I ordered it and paid it (on the receipt doesn't even put item description Just charged me by the pound) and picked up on Saturday next day and my brother went to pick it up when he got home it was lot of meat so called in the same day and spoke to Marry manager over the phone told her about having a lot of meat and she said we can bring it back and take it to the meat department and return it since the meat wasn't even open cause we had 2 bags of 25 pounds total of 50 pounds so went there the next day they don't want to return it. Cause apparently the person who we dealt with Arturo wasn't there. They were just giving us run around didn't know what to do. Not going back to Ranch...
