Food had no flavor. Sat there almost an hour to get served. Horrible service . Everyone that came after us was served first

response to owner: I'll move the stars from 1 to 3 because i did see you bussing tables and handing out menus. But might want to speak to the lady who served us and see what happened . not placing the order or the machine not reading it but we did wait for a Molcajete, chicken nuggets and empanadas. While other people who got there after ordered a molcajete and other items as well. She even came to us and told us her order input didn't go through and proceeded have us there 40-50 minutes without food while everyone else's food came out first. I came to this place a phew times. The food it’s good, not the best but good. But always the service its bad, the lady forgot everything every time we order something. I call her a phew times and never care and keep walking thru the bar to keep talking with some guy over there. At the end, the worst part is; she charge me the service fee 15% (bad service and she forced me to pay tip) even like that I understand but force to give her 15% and use a black marker to cover the tip included to make me tip her more? Only because I know they always charge the tip in the bill I don’t fall to the trap but first time they do that. Be aware of the receipt...

I waited 20+ minutes at the drive thru. I was the only one there. Finally got home ready to eat my burrito. This was the most oily burrito I've ever had. Just from holding it my hand was cover in oil. Could not finish it, made me sick.

Burrito not worth $11

Overall really disappointed with service,food and price.
