This Taco Bell is awful .Not basing it on one experience either .So first time got a long brown hair in my taco salad also had to wait in drive thru a long time while two employees flirted with each other.So I call about the hair .The gave me a credit.Went last night to get dinner as well as my replacement taco salad.Got home they forgot 3 cinnamon twist.It was late wasn't going back to get it .So I called today to let the manager know what had happened She treated me horrible like I was trying to get free food I told her I just want my money back for food I purchased and didn't receive and we wouldn't be going back to this taco bell anymore she was completely unprofessional. And told me they don't do refunds and I could come get the cinnamon twist .That would had been fine until she treated me so poorly. It's really sad customer service is no longer seeing this more and more.Also if your in the business of dealing with the public when you start thinking everyone trying to get one over on you you should do everyone a favor get a new job..This is a inconvenience. Ya probably should just eat the cost of the food I didn't receive but it the principle ...also taco bell please make sure your employees with long hair wear it up...It policy......Del taco you...
   Read moreI went on 12/5 to get some food but I waited 15 min and decided to ask for a refund. Employee Josh told me he has not been trained to refund, there are no supervisors and there systems are down. He gave me 5 coupons and my receipt, he also gave me his name and the managers name Lisa. I came the next day 12/6 I met Lisa and told her what happened and she said very rudely "we didn't have issues last night" I explained the situation a second time. She said "you didn't receive the tacos etc. I said no I didn't and I just want a refund and Josh said he will vouch for me. I gave her back the coupons and my receipt And she gave me cash. The whole time I was being nice so this can go smoothly and she was being real mean and rude!!! I could've been the same but you know she was been petty because she doesn't even know when her restaurant is in a crisis. Over all a disgusting experience with the manager Lisa, the worst is I only has $5 and I couldn't get any food to eat after bc they had my money! I should have gone to McDonald's! Josh is a real one, thanks buddy! The one star is for himâ Lisa be nicer to people Karma will come...

Then I called them since I had already driven away to let them know and they hung up on me so then I said I'm going to go back went back through the drive-thru say I just wanted to let you know that all the tacos were broken and I don't appreciate being hung up on of course they started arguing with me I got up to the window and I said all I'm saying is please ask your staff to pay attention it's not very nice to order through the drive-thru all the tacos are broken so then the manager who's at the window closes the door and starts yelling at the staff I felt so dismissed so unfortunately I went back again today for a co-worker and the young lady at the register rude not friendly no smile on her face her nails were so long I don't even know how she could do her job like that by far the worst Taco Bell ever and I would have to really be starving hungry to probably ever go to a Taco Bell ever...
