Product is decent.... General shopping experience is miserable though. Staff is apathetic and completely unknowledgeable about their own products. Been there 30-35 times in the last 3 months and out it those times, I've actually gotten what I asked for maybe 5 times. They never have the same stuff and they don't know anything about what they carry. I'll walk in ask for shatter, specifically say I don't want anything wet and runny. Guess what I get. Wet and runny. Every time. Today I walked in and asked for diamonds in sauce. Employee did not even know what that is...... I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the manager to come. He says "yeah we have that" and I clarify FIVE TIMES that "I want diamonds" and that if it's not diamonds that I don't want it. Manager sells me a $70 gram of concentrate. Swears up and down it's diamonds. Come home and open it, it's powder. No exaggerating it's the consistency of powdered sugar. And it's not that the product is bad. It gets you buzzed. It's just NEVER EVER what I ask for. I want what and I RARELY RARELY RARELY get it here, and when I do, it's an accident and it's unrepeatable. So I never actually am happy with the purchase I made from this store. Spent $3000-3500 since the summer and I can think of THREE times I asked for something and ACTUALLY got it and was happy with the quality and the price. I am done doing business here after I hit my next reward tier and cash out. If I went to a restaurant and ordered burger and got a soup I'd be mad. If I took my car in for and oil change and instead changed my coolant, I'd be mad. What the heck is the difference here? Just because the staff is stoned doesn't mean they can sell me things I don't want. If I spend $74 on ONE gram, it NEEDS TO BE WHAT I EXPECTED TO BE GETTING. Genuinely unbelievable....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here this past Sunday Dec 20th and only because I was in the area visiting family and I called ahead to be sure they still offered the Military discount because Iāve only been there once before and they said yes. I placed an order online for curbside and showed up when it was ready, the lady that came out, I told her I placed an online order and gave her my Medical Card and Drivers License for the order (keep in mind I had my family in my car) I had stopped here on the way back from the grocery store....well she goes back inside for 5 mins or so and talks to her Co worker or Manager, the lady comes back out with them and they try to tell me that the items I ordered were on the daily deals which means they are already discounted so I canāt get a Military discount and I have to pay full price today and asked me if that was okay? I said how so? I know what I ordered and they are full priced items I should be receiving the Military Discount, I even called ahead.
After that he asks me for my Military ID and I say I donāt have it but itās on my Drivers License on the bottom left corner So he asked to see it, I showed him and he took it inside and came back out and said I went ahead and Added the Military discount.
If you needed to verify I was a Veteran all you had to do from the beginning was ask for my Military ID instead of feeding me a lie about me ordering from your daily deals so I couldnāt get the discount.
To be clear, I wasnāt trying to get a double discount, the items I chose to purchase were at full price not discounted. I was told they were from the daily deals so it couldnāt be discounted and that was a lie because I did get my order discounted as the items were double checked and full priced and eligible for...

It was a pleasantly brisk August day for humid-AF MoCo⦠but that did not stop my worries as I walked to the door of Story Silver Spring; āWould this be the all-out flower-power experience I was looking for or not,ā I thought with reluctance. Within a matter of nanoseconds, I was greeted by the security officer on scene, Leonard.
Was it just a kind demeanor and a smile? No. It was an aura of pure professional joy emanating off every molecule of Leonardās being that made me feel safe. Made me know this was my kind of place.
A quick ID check and Iām in the door to a cornucopia⦠nej a WORLD of pot in different shapes, forms, versions, strengths, horsepower, raw wattage, etc.
The man with the plan behind the counter-standās name was Danny that day. Despite looking like the coolest badass from Sons of Anarchy, his soul is as gentle as a warm blanket on a cool day, out on the prairie, looking deep and nostalgically at the plot of land youāve been managing for decades, and centuries before that in your family⦠and millennia before that by the fauna of the common clay.
I came simply for flower, and Dannyās recommendations were on point, they were great, they were phenomenal frankly⦠but that is not what was beautiful about this experience. Before I knew it, Danny had figured out just about every problem I was struggling with, and gave me simple solutions to work on. I came and left in a sober state of mind, yet still I was HIGH as hell, elated in fact, as I left a changed man. Changed by the words of wisdom that Danny imparted on me that day. I have now learned that Story Silver Spring is not just a store...
ā¦but...
