Worst service ever. Easily making Comcast (notoriously bad customer satisfaction rating) look like a benevolent, wonderful company. I have had this service for 2 1/2 months and in that time have lost service for 30 minutes up to 8 hours, 6 times! Paying for 10 mbps which is absolutely laughably slow, and testing currently at 2.5 mbps (only 1 device operating). They charge the same amount for internet and phone, $110, as Xfinity charges for phone, internet with 50 mbps (and actually tests pretty close to it), and cable with a premium channel.
