So I came in to get a replacement pod for my vape because mine had been leaking, I told her I had a nord x and needed the replacement pod. She right away grabbed it like she knew what I meant, I bought 2, paid walk outside to swap out my coil and realize it’s the wrong one for the new pod so I go inside and ask her to give me 2 of the correct coil for the new pod. She sold me two that don’t fit, I went in to try and swap it out and she tells me they don’t have it. Then FaceTimes her boss who told me the girl is new and can’t give me my money back after selling me four of the wrong products….. but that I can come back in the morning for a refund. What kind of customer service is it where you have people working who don’t even know what they are selling to people. You should know if you work there about the products you are selling to customers acting like you know they will work. And if they know they don’t know what they are doing least she should be able to return the customers money if they haven’t left the store! That was a very annoying experience and a waste of my time and money… and still don’t have the correct stuff to use my vape. Edited to add I went across the street to cloud 9 and they immediately took care of me, exchanged the incorrect products out for the correct ones and didn’t charge me a dime for it.
