Burger King — Restaurant in Glenpool

After the long drawn out remodel they are finally open. Burgers are so so. Bought a couple of Whoppers and the meat looked pale. For being flame broiled they sure don't look it. Maybe a couple more minutes in the broiler would do it. Used the drive through when I went. Staff seems friendly which is a major improvement. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Overall it's difficult to judge any restaurant for the finer details right now considering the age we are in right now. I am still judging on freshness of food and cleanliness. With that said most food establishments are short handed. Also the majority of the staff are inexperienced. Most of the pre-pandemic workers have left the food service industry and found other careers. For the patrons that said they didn't want food service workers to have a living wage and these types of jobs were for high school kids.....well we are seeing that right now. So be patient and quit treating food service workers poorly. The money you are spending buys you a fresh meal, it doesn't buy you the right to treat workers...

I love this particular location, I have never gotten anything but amazing service and food here. And today was no different, what made it even more enjoyable was the young lady behind the counter i believe her name was Candice. She was absolutely delightful, cute, and funny, if you went in having a hard day she would definitely cheer you up by just being her. They were super busy and she ran around after taking orders to help the staff in the back make food and hustle along the orders. Our food was fresh hot and awesome. If you go here i recommend dining in all the staff is amazing and they really take good care of you. Thanks for still keeping it all about the customer, you are the only Burger King left who does. Sat in yesterday night (9pm) and had a bite to eat with my family as we do about once or twice a week at this location, as I was eating my food I felt I had to give the staff a huge shout out and a positive review. The food was great as always can't ever go wrong with the king the service amazing and very family friendly every single time we've been. The store is always clean along with the restrooms and all areas where customers tend to interact, this day in age it's hard to find a good staff that not only cares for ones job but also cares for the customers and the environment in which the customers eats. I hope management is rewarding the dinner rush crew they...
