Went in on 5/31/19 to purchase a hotspot turbo device. The lady helping me was on the phone with branch manager to walk her through the process. When it was all said and done my original phone was removed from the account and the turbo hotspot device was remaining. This was at closing time. I return the next day 6/1/19 it took three hours before they got my phone back on the account. However the add-ons where not available anymore. I tried to talk to the area manager and he stated he was too busy to talk. The store manager was called and she stated he quits her position bc she didn't want to deal with the issues caused by her in the first place! Crown wireless is a circus. No one knows how to do what is needed to clear the issue and restore my phone to it's original settings the day before! I have been a loyal customer of cricket and these folks really messed up my faith in Cricket wireless. And the auto message reply was insincere and lame. That's nothing to smile...

If I could give them negative stars I would. This store charged me a extra 40 dollars for indentical phones. Then they gave me some story about one being built in 2023 and one in 2022 was the difference in the price. Once again, identical phones marked 129.00. But I payed 129.00 for one and 164.00 for the identical phone. Called back to talk to manager or get a corporate number. Still wanting to hear from someone. Do not trust the staff...
