The Old Stone Mill in Chepachet, Rhode Island, stands as one of the village’s most striking landmarks. Built in 1814, its rugged granite walls and deep-red trim carry the look of early New England industry, preserved right on the edge of the historic district.
Originally constructed as a textile mill, the building reflects Chepachet’s role in Rhode Island’s mill economy during the 19th century. Over time, the mill adapted to different uses, and today it’s filled with antiques and collectibles that make it a favorite stop for visitors exploring the town’s historic Main Street.
The Old Stone Mill is more than just a shop—it’s a reminder of how small communities balanced industry and local life. Walking inside feels like stepping through layers of history, with the building’s original stonework creating a perfect backdrop for the treasures it now holds. #chepachetri #oldstonemill #rhodeislandhistory...

I strongly DO NOT recommend them if you can not take your items with you or have a way to pick up large items. If I could give them zero...

They then offered to have us come back for another one, but I was confused because I thought it wasn't for sale? If you're going to sell something, DONT SMASH IT IN THE CUSTOMERS FACE, If it's not for sale, don't have it on display! I mean, it's a store; you are supposed to BUY the things inside that's why...
