Ten out of ten stars! Where do I start? I used the online ordering to pre-order three 6-inch cheesecakes for my family’s Christmas dessert table. I ordered a lemon blueberry, a peppermint, and a plain. I wanted the peppermint to have chocolate cookie crust - which was easily accommodated and without any extra cost. It turned out AMAZING. The lemon blueberry has been a family favorite since Dave started making them, and it was refreshing to have on the holiday table. The three cheesecakes were beautifully prepared and looked great! I ordered them to pick up a week before the holiday, and Dave walked me through the best way to freeze and save them for the holiday. They were defrosted and tasted exactly like he just made them. The pricing, ordering, pickup and attention to detail all makes me know I will order again. He provided delicious cheesecakes, that everyone at the table raved about - and made it so that I spent more time with the ones I love versus in the kitchen. I have been enjoying cheesecake from Dave before he started Who Cut the Cheesecake when he was baking out of his home. I am one that you would say "likes his sweets" and Dave's cheesecakes are the best I have ever had. He is a very creative and meticulous baker. He puts his heart and sole into every cheesecake that he bakes. Dave is always trying to improve his product and new ways to make his customers enjoy their cheesecake experience. I frequent his permanent location in RI a few times a month to pick up cheesecakes to bring home to my friends and family. I have not once been disappointed by the product that leaves that store. Dave and the staff at Who Cut the Cheesecake go out of their way to make sure every customer is taken care of and leave happy. Picked up a slice of this amazing cheesecake from Laura’s in Smithfield who is selling slices this weekend from Who Cut the Cheesecake who are located in Chepachet.

I had this in addition to two other slices from Cheesecake Factory for my cheat meal……and Who Cut the Cheesecake was better than the Cheesecake Factory slices for sure.

It was perfectly balanced, tasted more homemade and the cheesecake itself was more tart and dense compared to the Factory’s which was more liquidly.

The slice was $10, larger than I thought and I got the chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake with brownie bits. It’s called the Ultimate Brownie on their menu.

So pumped this place is close to my house...
