OVERPRICED... 0 SUPPORT...
Bad business ethics, bought a vaperesso xros 3 very next day I returned to the store because the vape wasn't burning liquid the way my other vaperesso devices I have owned in the past did. This vape coats your mouth in liquid numbing your throat and mouth. They told me I filled the pod wrong. They show me how to properly fill a pod I've been vaping since before this place has even been open. They have me try it after they fill it and same issue. At this point they should have just swapped the unit like any other reputable vape shop would. But they send me on my way to see if the problem would just get better I guess.. go home eventually gave up and switched back to my xros 2 and have 0 issues. I return to the shop 3days later to ask for a new vape and they offer me a 10 dollar discount off a new device..? Made it seems like I was being unreasonable even asking to swap it out and told me about vaperesso 1 year warranty and I would have to call them. Keep in mind that they sold me this device at 54 dollars to find outh other shops in the area sell this unit for 38 to 45 dollars. Extreme prices and 0 support for their customers. I will not return here and advise you to find a vape shop that cares...
Read moreI'm very upset. I've been coming to this store since they've opened. I've promoted them and sent all my friends and customers to their store. I literally buys something from them 5 out of 7 days a week. Be it a pack of cigarettes to bongs and pipes to lighters. I bought a scale from them this evening and I asked him when he told me that I should buy a different model scale than the one I originally had intended to buy, is it a 0.00g? " Does it have 3 zeros? He confirmed and I purchased. I brought it back over to my work and opened it ( pulled the tab on the batteries) and it is actually a 0.0g. so I brought it back over and they refused to refund me. Because they can't return it to the company they bought it from and he " he doesn't remember me asking about the zeros" no offer to exchange for something else or refund. I NEVEr would have bought it without confirming whether or not it would work with what be I needed it for. 24.99 is a lot of money to just have to eat due to their mistake that he's refusing to acknowledge. I left the scale on the counter told them they just lost a loyal customer and I'm never shopping...

And tbh, I was blown away, the owner was super friendly and informed me of choices that sold better based on what his customers were saying. Great sign. Beer selection was legit, with stuff you don't see in many stores, collabs, and overall great selection, great sign. Rewards program that's simplified and is actually in my opinion a net positive for the end user, encouraging you to actually come back, another great sign. Don't sleep on this spot.
