Twice I've placed an online order. 1st time the order appeared to have gone through as money was immediately withdrawn from my account. The site showed a pick up time of 7:40pm. Upon arrival the store assistant had just locked the doors. I knocked on the door and had a conversation through the locked door. She apparently never received the order and could not issue a refund as she never got the order. I had to wait business days for a refund. Mind you this was supposed to be my families dinner. So now had to spend more money on a McDonald's dinner. The 2nd time, the order was placed and money withdrawn. While on our way to pick it up the store assistant called and said she had to reject and cancel the order. That the store was super busy and she was there alone and couldn't handle my order of 5 sandwiches. Again had to wait business days for the refund. I know the saying, screw me once, shame on you... but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So shame on me. This establishment has not changed in their poor management. When you are actually lucky enough to get food, they are usually out of toppings and there is always only one staff member working. Their phone is NEVER accepting calls. Actually has a recording stating so. To make this clear, the workers are not the ones at fault, it is the upper management for this Subway that needs to take full responsibility. They clearly should NOT have the online ordering turned on as they cannot handle these additional orders with the lack of staff. I have tried emailing corporate but that didn't go anywhere either. Read moreOrdered pick up for my friend and our other co worker on our lunch break. Online ordering was an easy process. It was nice because we could all see our totals. Walked in- no bathrooms and it looked a bit run down. A guy that worked there said " your order is right here but sorry we don't have your cookies we only have raisin but grab a bag of chips if you would like on us". So that was a bummer ,but nice he did that . That gentleman left and there was a teenager behind the counter. Got our drink cups to fill (since they did not fill them with what we ordered online.) Went to the fountain soda machine and all of the soda was completely flat, no carbonation, just syrupy. The guy behind the counter completely could hear us but ignored it. Then got pissy when we asked if we could grab drinks from the cooler because this was not working properly. The cooler didn't have half of the drinks they advertise on the online ordering. Checked the bag to make sure we had everything as it felt a bit light for 3 subs. Got to work and opened all of our food- the Italian herb bread was like crumbling off on the sides, there was barely any meat in any of the subs. Read more@Bruce Randel If you were the gentleman that came in on Halloween in the late morning around noon and had a hat on you sir were the rude one you immediately yelled hello anyone back there hello hello the 2 employees that were there said politely where you could hear them that they would be right with you. You sir were leaning so far on her glass that your hands almost touched her face if she was to lean to try and make a sub for you, also for you to be on the glass that far you were leaning on this chips because when you moved you could hear the bags crunching I go into this location alot and the staff there are amazing she politely asked with a smile on her face if you could please not lean on the glass or the chips because they will get crushed up is not a criminal thing to ask. You were the rude one that could t take someone asking you not to ruin their product walked out using profanity. Your the one who shouldn't be out in public sir, I think you need to find something more to do with yourself instead of writing false reviews because your embarrassed.
