Theisen Vending Co — Local services in Golden Valley

This company will never get another dollar from me after the BS I just experienced today. I've been staying at an Extended Stay hotel in Fridley and for a while I actually liked using their machines. A 20oz bottle of soda at our local grocery store is $2.89 which is too high, let's be real. This vending company was charging $2.50 for the same product so I opted to use the machine until today. I went downstairs with $5 to get 2 bottles of Coke and was confused when I only got a dollar back for change. They increased the price of a BOTTLE OF COKE to $3.80!!! I stood there in disbelief saying this had to be an error or something. I did a little research and the wholesale cost of Coca Cola products has not significantly increased in almost 2 years which means this is straight up price gouging. Thiesen you may as well come and pick up your machine cause nobody is gonna buy your $4 bottle of soda. The grocery store is a 1 minute walk. I'm honestly so angry that I want a GD refund you can have your bottle of soda back. TF is wrong...

Super unprofessional. I agreed to purchase some used equipment from them and when I got there it was not available. Apparently they double sold it and didn't bother to let me know before I arrived at our scheduled time and had already arranged for transport and moving.

They claimed it wasn't working and they threw it away, despite the fact that the ad stated it was working. Apparently they thought they had 2 working sets. Who does that? I was told some one would reach out to resolve the issue but that has not happened. My email seeking to resolve the issue has also been ignored.

THEY SUCK!!! They charge $1 for a candy bar, $1.25 for Pop Tarts, and the food is stale!!! I got a Rice Krispy Treat that was so stale, it went "snap, crackle, pop". This is ridiculous! Years ago I e-mailed about the machine eating my quarter, I never heard back, but I didn't really pursue it because it was just a quarter. Still, even if it was only a quarter, someone should have replied. This isn't the first time I've gotten stale candy out of the vending machine and I've finally had enough of these clowns. They suck, they suck, they suck. DO NOT get a contract with Theisen Vending! You're better off buying a trunk, a padlock, and a membership to Costco so you can manage your own snacks...
