I reached out with a lot of design questions, and they went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect color and size of rhinestones for my project. They were super nice and very interested and collaborated with their design team about my project and provided all the advice I needed. Very disappointed with their customer service! Kept getting the run around. Our mail carrier delivered my order to someone else and all I got from the company was that it wasn’t their fault and that there was nothing they could really do about it! I guess they don’t have some type of insurance for cases such as these. Buy at your own risk! Unfortunately, I spent over 100 dollars worth of rhinestones for someone else to have. THE BEST! Me and a few of my dancers went in later in the day this afternoon, a Saturday, after rehearsal and Emily and everyone at Rhinestones Unlimited went out of their way to make sure that my dancers had all of their questions answered, helped with finding the right crystals with regard to size and color and just overall made this afternoon such a great experience, even though it was late in the day.
