Nick and the Press Play team were absolutely amazing with our basement remodel. Working with the general contractor they did all the AV equipment in a completely new theater and speakeasy.

Nick is super easy to work with. Helpful, friendly, always has a smile on his face, and will always work through any issues. The customer truly does come first.

When I first started engaging with him he sent me three options to work with for equipment. Ultimately he got me a private sound session at the KEF showroom to get a sense for the speakers I ultimately went with.

He and his team set up a complete 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos theater with the following components, along with installing two speakers in the speakeasy as well as setting up our family room electronics on the Savant system as well:

I wanted the speakers to be as stealthy as possible, so they installed the center channel behind the screen and took all of the speaker covers to a painter to have painted in the same blue as the theater walls, using automotive paint due to the fine mesh on the grills. The result is truly seamless.

As a DIYer myself, Nick was great to work with when I wanted to do a couple of things myself and handled changes with ease, including incorporating LEDs that I put in myself but automated with the Savant system.

John, Griffin, and the rest of the team came out and prewired the room as the wall framing went up, then came back and finished off installation of everything along with calibration and remote setup and programming. They were all fantastic to chat and work with. Very professional and efficient.

There was one hiccup in the process but Nick and team owned it and worked straight through it to make things right proactively, which is often unusual in the construction world.

I absolutely love the result and spend loads of time in the theater now. The pictures don't do it justice but it turned out absolutely perfect and sounds and looks amazing! I enjoy watching movies there more than going to an actual theater!

This is the third time I had the privilege of working with Press Play Integration, LLC.The constant is the devotion to customer service, professionalism and the desire to listen to the client, figure out what he/she is looking for, and make sure all the puzzle pieces are assembled to provide an outstanding experience. Whether I was working with Nick, Griffin, Jessie or John, the culture and approach to customer care was the same and unwavering...the commitment to provide quality. The first time I needed help was with my Sonos system and Griffin was at my home the very same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it operational in record time. The second call involved our house wide audio system. Griffin again came out and figured the correct solution. So it shouldn't be a surprise when we wanted to upgrade our video system, along with our wifi and other ancillary sub systems, the first person I called was Griffin. He referred me to Nick and the result was spectacular. We chose the components together with Nick explaining what would work well and what would not. Installation went well and without a hitch. The crew cleaned up when they finished a task. We received an inservice on the new systems as well as a promise from us to call at any time if we had any problems or needed additional training. The cost was extremely competitive, and, for the amount of time the entire team work with us from design to installation, I was surprised at the reasonableness of the total cost. The PressPlay team is the absolute best. Small but mighty crew that works so well together and is so invested in the best possible media/integrated home system for their customers. From Nick walking me through the art of the possible and design, to the excellent quality prewire, to Scott, John, and Brad being the friendliest, knowledgeable and collaborative install team. Perhaps most importantly this team takes so much pride in their deliverables. I now have integrated A/V (including some challenging but great problem solving situation by the team for combining an analogue DJ setup), beautiful automated shades, and automated exterior lighting. Really well done by this team.

An example of their dedication, I had a Super Bowl party planned and Nick expedited his team to get some final LED undercabinet lights installed. I greatly appreciated that as it was the last piece before my first big event at my new house. I had around 30 people at my place for the big game and everyone couldn't stop commenting on the system PressPlay built for me.  Personally I love it all as well, but would call out that the automated shades and lighting also makes day to day life so much more convenient! I’m never going back to manual shades haha.
