I want to make a comment about the shower cleanliness of the showers in Biggs junction, ( 91464 Biggs Rufus hwy. Wasco, OR 97065) I had one of my drivers stop at ur location and sent me a video of the showers in this location. The dead skin that is stuck to the bottom of the shower from many uses and how brown and dark it is was the nastiest uncleanness shower I've see in a long time one of the worst. I personally will not recommend any of my driving friends, people, drivers stop here again. My drive had to use 2 towels to feel comfortable enough to shower in these showers. No driver should have to feel nasty after showering. They are how far away from home to wash and clean them selfs in nasty dead skin from others because employees and management have poor cleanliness and attention to detail??! Oh and then the manager that was on duty was approached by the employee bc my driver used towels for the floor because it was nasty then the manager has the balls to glare at my driver after he was asked by the employee why did you do that and my drivers response was " bc the showers were nasty, and not clean " employee response " but I cleaned it and nothing is wrong with it". Then they went up to thr manager on duty and then glared at my driver. You guys need to fix this issue and not be rude to customers that are purchasing from your location. This place used to be nice. About 2 years ago. Until some idiot they hired decided it would be a good idea to stuff gasoline soaked rags into a dryer and burned the place to the ground! Now, two years later, I found out that it was completely rebuilt. Drove 40 miles with hopes of getting some "Krispy-Krunch" chicken because I heard they were up & running again. Walked in at 10am, (which is when they usually started serving many hungry truckers and locals) only to find a pathetic, half empty steam table with a handful of dried out wings, a few dried out jo-jo's, and no chicken drumsticks, breasts, thighs,...nothing! 40 miles in the rain just to be told by the cashier,..and I quote: "Oh, we don't have any drumsticks, or thighs, or breasts, no macaroni and cheese, no mashed potatoes and gravy, because they were waiting on a delivery truck!??? And it was technically lunchtime! Lol! This place, two years ago at 10am was packed 7 days a week! Now it's just a sad excuse for what used to be a great truck stop. Just pathetic. I sincerely feel bad for the truckers who haul our goods thousands of miles only to be greeted with this sorry, depressing truck stop. Now it's just an overpriced, shiny dump with lousy food, lazy as hell employees, and $4.00 bottles of water! My advice, avoid this place! It's 100% NOT what it used to be!!! They removed the one entity that made this place hop! (They know what it is, too!) And they're going to lose a truck load of money! Pun intended! NEVER GOING HERE...

Manager YANKED OUR FOOD!

We’ve been loyal diesel buyers from this location for the last 4 years buying fuel, def and snacks etc. waiting for it to reopen after the fire. Today we visited and decided to try the new Taco Bell.. that was the biggest mistake we made this entire year. After waiting 40 minutes for our food and receiving it. We notice our food was missing key items like sour cream tomatoes n cheese so we had to wave an employee down because no one is there to service the actual paying customer the Owner/Manager of the whole place gave us the nastiest attitude and grabbed our food no YANKED OUR FOOD OF THE COUNTER AND THREW US OUT THREATENING US WITH POLICE! ? Because we asked for a refund after missing items and returning some because they lacked ingredients we PAID FOR!

We were so disrespected by this woman that we have decided to longer support this TA or that manager that refused to give her name but screamed she was the manager of the whole place.
