We’ve eaten at a subway traveling approximately once a month for over 20 years . Tonight at Biggs Junction I unfortunately experienced the rudest employee and experience at a subway .iI’d ordered a SW club and beef and cheese. I’d requested the beef please be put in a container on the side as I was giving it to my dog. Rolled eyes and huffing, she put a dab of beef into a small black sauce cup. It was certainly not the scoop of beef that is put on a beef and cheese sandwich. In the end I asked for vinaigrette . She put a few dribbles of VINEGAR on it. I again asked if they had any vinaigrette. She proceeds to lift up the bottle of red wine vinegar and state that that was vinaigrette, the other bottle was onion vinaigrette and that in the future I needed to specify which one I actually wanted. I wasn’t going to stand there and argue with her over it. I pd for the sandwiches and left.
I understand that working fast food can be challenging as best. With that said she not only needs to be taught the difference between VINEGAR and vinaigrette but that arguing about everything from the bread, to the toasting all the while huffing and rolling eyes, makes for an extremely rude experience. Read moreHold out for a different Subway. The food was mediocre and the service was insanely rude. This was by far the worst experience my family or I have ever had at a Subway. The person making the sandwiches said we could order 'minis' and made my kids each a 4 inch sandwich, but then the person at the register rang us up for 6 inches and said the sandwiches we ordered didn't count for the minis. They didn't offer to then switch them to 6 inch ones. My daughter ordered a BLT and they charged us extra for the bacon And she only got two pieces on it anyways. The manager said they would give us a free cookie to make up for being charged for 6 inches when we only got 4 inch ones, and then forgot the cookies. When my husband asked about it, she said that we didn't get cookies unless we ordered the kids meals. Why did she even offer to try and make it right?! No one in there knew what they were doing. Their was a long line of at least 20 people waiting to order and Serenity left to take a phone call and very rudely started to say she isn't working with Morgan anymore, she isn't training her and she is done. When she got off the phone and finally took my order after waiting 5 minutes for her to get off the phone, I was rudely greeted with a nasty attitude. I told her what I wanted and she got an attitude with me when I tried to clarify exactly what I wanted. I had my husband mention a 3rd sandwich to her after she got an attitude and didn't hear me mention it the 1st time. Morgan (the new girl in training) was very nice, had amazing customer service and did everything with a great attitude. She hadn't been taught on how to fold a wrap yet so Serenity showed her how to do it with a attitude and a eye roll. My overall experience was mediocre. Morgan: Keep up the good work.
