Taco Bell — Restaurant in Goldendale

I stopped at this Taco Bell location three days ago and it was the worst TBell experience I have ever had. We ordered one Discovery Luxe Box and waited 15 minutes. There were at least two workers in the back, one whom was cleaning (probably to look busy and avoid making the food) and another in the drive thru area that I could not see, but could hear.

The lobby was empty, other than an employee on her break, and a couple who came in about five minutes prior who waited just as long for their order. The drive thru was empty, except for one of the employees driving through multiple times.. potentially to increase their drive thru numbers?

When I got to my car, I pulled one of the items out of the box and immediately had a bunch of toppings fall out all over my car. Not ideal, as I like to keep it clean.

I would not recommend going to this location is you are wanting a quick stop. While it is not my first choice, I would have rather preferred going to the McDonalds...

I understand there are few employees and they are trying to hire but this is fast food. Most ingredients are pre-made. The only way these orders take 30-40 minutes is if someone is making 1 item at a time. There are currently 3 people in front of me. About 5 minutes ago 2 of the people in front of me asked why their wait has been 40 minutes and the employee replied with attitude and offered a refund. When they said they wanted their food, (didn't hear the exact words) they were told if you are going to talk to me like that, I will have to ask you to leave". To be clear, they were not rude! They were frustrated and expressed that with normal tone voices and reasonable language. The couple after them request a refund and left after 30 minutes. I have seen 2 cars go through the drive through since I've been here, 19 minutes so far... Things at this location need to be reevaluated!!! It's not fair to employees or customers to continue to operate...

This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. My brother and sister have worked at various Taco Bells from OR, WA, NV, and MI its safe to say we love Taco Bell but i will never eat here again. My mother went in and placed an order, 45 minutes later she was still in there so i went in. She kept getting told "your order is next". People who went through the drive through were coming around front to get their food. Once we finally got our food we discovered that our tacos were cold and soggy. We got told that there was only one person there who was training two other people whoch okay fine i get a bit of a wait, but an hour?...
