I purchased a pair of HOKA shoes online direct from the HOKA website. The shoes started to come apart at the seams and I went back to the website and submitted for an exchange. Since my original purchase, I had to change my credit card number due to fraudulent activity. If for any reason you have to return your shoes through Hokaâs exchange or return policy, you may not get your money back if your original payment form (credit card number) has changed. We are currently fighting to get our money back on shoes that were returned and HOKA is not assisting in the customer getting their money back and HOKA is taking the stand as they issued a refund and is refusing to cancel that payment and issue a new payment to a valid account. A manager named Brandon said that all I need is a letter from my bank on letterhead stating that I didnât receive the funds. My bank says my bank statement will be proof enough and I have no confidence in HOKA to now do the right thing as they originally should of have done and reverse the original refund and issue me a refund to an active account or send a paper check. I have had nothing but problems dealing with HOKA and Decker Brands to do the right thing for...
Read moreWarehouse sale today was an absolute joke. The merchandise was okay (most of it very ugly and unsellable) and people probably would have been more inclined to finish off the stock if the prices werenât ABSURD. $80 for hokas is not a warehouse sale price. I can get them for $100 in an actually desirable color as they often go on sale. $30 for SLIPPERS is also absurd and basically retail price. The ugliest most neon colored slippers that look like genuine furry costume shoes for $30 is a crime. And the most hideous neon tote bags were priced at a whopping $40 instead of the $5 that they should have been. What happened to actual warehouse pricing? Whatâs with the retail greed? They would sell so much more if they priced things at their true values. I will not be bothering with Deckers brand warehouse âsalesâ in the future. What a...
Read moreAwful awful experience, my Sons school had organized a discount day at Deckers so we were all looking forward to stocking-up on running, casual and school shoes only the be greeted by a obnoxiously loud thumping soundtrack with young women shouting over the numerous speaks throughout the store. I asked 3 separate sales associated to turn the volume down, they all told me they had several complaints but could do noting about it as the "higher-ups" determined it an essential part of the customer experience. Well Deckers you just lost several hundred dollars in revenue and a family of customers, I'm back to buying my shoes on-line where the customer is always right and I don't have to shout over the thumping beat to be heard or think, looked like you had some great shoes pity about the dreadful customer...
