Very poor costumer service, they just sell, if something goes wrong, that’s on you, they just don’t care about it, remember that when you walk into this store, they just take your money and provide nothing in return. Update on the review:
After several visits to the store trying to solve an issue with a defective phone they provided, after the manager sent us to an Apple Store saying they should solve the problem not them, they finally agreed that yes there was a 14 days returning policy no questions ask, so now they want us to pay them, a re stocking fee, being honest I am not happy with that but if I have to pay for sure I will not pay to an store that during 14 days have being trying to go around that warranty, it’s either an ATT policy to try to go around their own warranty or the managers of this store are really non ethical people, my advice will be ¡¡¡¡try to go to an store that’s really an ATT location, don’t just visit any place with an ATT authorized dealer!!!!!!!, they are not the same and service it’s even worse. They accidently disconnect not only my Sims but the other Sims card on the other device on the account (which said person was at work and NEEDED the phone to conduct their work) but in the end I couldn't buy the phone I was trying to perches because the system didn't allow it because sometimes sort of messup with the, again, because they messed up the system didn't allow the barcode of the phone to go through but that is the only samsung active 8 they had in stock.
