The person that did my nails is very rude they do not make you feel comfortable there when I walked in to do my nails the lady didn't even come right away she started eating an orange before she went to do my nails really cannot understand her that much other places that I have done my nails they make you feel at home this please do not make you feel at home there are very rude and talk a lot and very loud besides all that my nail came out good place didn't look that clean well I go again no did not even give the lady a tip my husband decided not to because she was rude they don't even talk to you I'm trying to have a conversation with you all the places talk to you have conversations with you and make you feel like home like I said they do not make you feel like home they're not polite at all they're very rude $20 for a full set the one on longer is 25 if you want your criticals cut is another $5 eyebrows are $8 like every other place did not even do my eyebrows I will stay going to my salons in...

Went in for regular mani & pedi.. Wait wasn't too bad. The girl attending me told me to sit in a chair, another guy told me to go sit in the other one and when I told him that she had told me to sit there he said "oh no her chair is in the front." I chose my color and sat down. She forgot to get the water for the mani til almost half way thru it & still laughed. As I was sitting in the pedicure chair, she started banging on it cause it wouldn't start the massage. In the middle of the pedicure she went off to do a nail design without even letting me know. So I was just sitting there with 1 foot in and the other out looking around like "hellooo" the other guy tells me "sorry she went to do a nail design she'll be back". And whe. I went to pay she still said "don't forget Tip"... like what? Is she crazy? I left her the smallest cause I still felt bad. I was completely appalled by their customer service.. They clearly don't have any... Won't go...

5 Stars Service. Took my daughters & her friend here for her birthday nails. We just walked In, to ask if they could do some nail designs my daughters wanted, & ended up saying, I’m glad we did. They did a great job. Very professional, clean salon, friendly & welcoming staff, we were offered waters/sodas right away, & I could tell they’re all about customer service, The ladies & gentlemen were ALL very pleasant, friendly, as well as welcoming. I’m not sure how they don’t have at least 4-5 stars here. They definitely do a better job than other salons I’ve gone to in the past. I stopped getting my own nails done, (as someone who always got nails done), because I was always being let down or disappointed or unsatisfied with the service/nails, I wish I would’ve had time to get my own nails done today too! 😆 mommy will definitely be back for her own manicures.
