I bought a gift card for my wife for St. Nick/ early Christmas her first real spa treatment, initially the impression was great atmosphere and staff they were very helpful. The front desk manager, Ashley, gave great advise and assured me there were services and times available during the holiday season. After some research on what my wife’s best options would be she scheduled (on 12/10/21) a platinum facial for a week later(12/17/21) and lash lift/tint for 2 weeks (12/22/21). Being understanding of situation is key. My wife was informed the individual that would be doing her facial was out sick and would need to reschedule. Due to the holiday season and scheduling this was quit inconvenient but you can not control Mother Nature and someone’s health is worth more than our inconveniences. No openings before beginning of the year for that service so my wife has to wait to even make an appointment, but an inconvenience we can work around. Today (12/20/21) she was informed the individual that was scheduled to do her lashes no longer preforms those services anymore and she would need to reschedule with someone else after the holidays. I did this to give my wife a great new fun experience with a helpful kind staff and the stress and disappointment I come home to about the services NOT provided makes me want my money back and to find...
Read moreIt's probably a one-off, but we just had an overall bad experience. We booked well in advance for vacation facials (for two people to be done at the same time), got a call the day of that a service provider wasn't available and needed to cancel because of a surgery- which felt more like something we shouldn't have found out only a few hours before. Adjusted our appointments to accommodate (we would do sessions one after each other instead of same time), which was fine. Arrived on time, was told that because they were short a receptionist that day that the other people would need to leave the building and be locked out during the 1st facial. I understand this is a salon policy, but we could have been made aware of that in advance so we didn't have someone having to wait in a car. Outside of the scheduling issues, the facial overall was less than I was looking for. The staff member using gloves for the facial, not a great feeling. Using dry cotton pads to remove cleansers/ masks was a little rough- I'm used to warm wet towels. The Jelly mask, was not really described in detail prior and it was uncomfortable- not knowing what it was. Overall, if I lived in the area I wouldn't...
Read moreThe atmosphere of this place is truly immaculate. There wasn’t a moment that went by that I didn’t feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve personally never experienced a facial before and I’m so glad to say that for my first facial I’m glad it was at the Deja Glow Spa. They are all very welcoming, very understanding with the fact that I’ve never had a proper facial cleansing routine. Constantly making sure that I was comfortable and made sure the bed, covers and products were to my liking. Anna ( the owner of Deja Glow Spa ) was very very welcoming and as soon as I walked in offered me something to drink, and walked me over to the Zen Den (waiting area) which is the perfect spot for a pre relaxation before your service. I was able to sit and read a pamphlet of her business which has amazing services. I was then introduced to Savannah who was doing my facial. She has a very soft voice, with very soft hands to fill the mood even more ! She was wonderful. I could not have gone to a better place for a better facial. Highly highly...
