The Bridge — Restaurant in Grafton

I wouldnt even give them one star to be honest. It was april 16th at around 10pm. My brother and I decided to go have a drink for his birthday. We walked in and there was maybe 7 people at the bar...we went and sat down as the bartender was getting a new bottle for a customer...we noticed she took a shot with her customers and we sat 10 minutes without getting asked what we wanted and so we got up and walked out. The bartender was having a conversation and totally forgot about us.. .AS we were leaving she shouted sorry!!!! I will NEVER GO TO THIS BAR EVER AGAIN...IN FACT...it was our first time in this bar and the LAST. You have lost sales...and I will be making sure that I let everyone know about this!!! What the hell has happened to customer service...this is sad...for the owners...who knows how many times this has happened and people dont write...

Went here for the Wisconsin vs. Penn State Big Ten Championship game. They had an awful live band that started playing in the 3rd quarter of a very close football game, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. NOBODY came to see a band during a huge game. The most frustrating situation I've been in in a long time, will not ever go to this bar during a sporting event that I want to watch again.

On top of all of that this place is dirty, and does not seem entirely sanitary. The band's that play here are inept with social ques and reading the crowd. If you are in your 60s this may be the place for you, if you know what a computer is, go across the street to a real bar,...

All is good at this bar, besides the old hag bartender that works there. It's enough to ruin the whole experience. You can tell she's super annoyed and hates her job. She's just flat-out rude! Honestly, one of the worst bartenders that I've ever seen. It's happened more than once, too. Doubt I'll be back anytime soon, as long as she's...
