A very disappointing experience. I came here to shoot and customer service felt forced and uninviting to a new face. I had also ordered a firearm online and selected Pirates Den as the FFL dealer (when you Google Granbury FFL they pop up 1st). When I came to shoot I told them that I had a firearm sent to them and was told that they no longer accept shipments. However, my firearm had already shipped, so I told them that it was on its way and apologized for not checking with them first and was told it would be ok, but not again. Not a great experience, walked in and the man im guessing was the owner was with another customer. There was a woman sitting behind the counter assisting no one, but on her cell phone, neither bothered to greet me. I waited patiently for about 20 min before i was acknowledged. I had a simple question about suppressors, in which i was cut off "we dont do those here." I politely asked if he was aware of anyone in town who did. "No idea, probably gonna have to go to fort worth" THAT was the extent of our conversation. I thanked him and went up the road to Marksman where they were more than happy to help! I shop her a lot. I love the staff here. They are not only all about putting you with a firearm that you want but one that is right for you and if they don't have it they will do whatever it takes to get it. I drive a long way just to shop there but it's worth it. Range is nice and easy to use and the prices are top notch as well. If you have not been in there go. I promise you that you will not be...
